Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer FREE delivery within the U.K and Northern Ireland on all orders over £40. For orders under this amount, postage will be sent  tracked.

UK Delivery Timeframe

Orders to most destinations within UK are sent Mon-Fri on an overnight service so should be with you within 2-3 working days. For rural addresses, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery. UK & Northern Ireland delivery timeframes are from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises, we have no control over the delivery time.

International Delivery

We receive many emails of interest in ordering me | today products from all over the world. At this stage, we handle these individually as there are many considerations when shipping our products internationally. If you are based outside of the UK & Northern Ireland and would like to order, please feel free to email us at: hello@metoday.com

PO Box Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes at this time.

Missing Orders

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us hello@metoday.com within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order.

We will do our best to update you on the location of your parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider.

Returns

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.

If you have purchased a Me Today product from a retailer, you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy.

How to Return

Please send email us with all details at hello@metoday.com and we will get in touch to manage this.

me | today will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product, you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Consumer Guarantees Act

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

Out of Stock

If for any reason we do not have a product in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of the delay in delivering the product.
